The umbrellas are out, the jackets are on,and the rain is here to stay. While the next couple of months will bring lots of rain to our lovely Portland, it doesn’t stop those Northwest Brides from saying “I do”. While most people do plan their weddings in the summertime, there are others who I am sure love the idea of a cozy candlelight affair. For all those brides who don’t mind a little rain with their special day, I think this cake topper is just about perfect.
